Using SirioFresh

• You represent that you are authorized to bind your business to these terms
• You're responsible for keeping your account secure
• You agree to provide accurate business information
• You won't use SirioFresh for illegal purposes

Your Data

You own your data. We store and process it to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Payment & Billing

• Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually
• Usage charges are calculated and billed monthly
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until period ends

Service Availability

We aim for high availability (99.9% target) but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We'll notify you of scheduled maintenance. We're not liable for losses due to downtime.

Delivery Disclaimer

SirioFresh helps you manage deliveries but does not guarantee delivery outcomes. Third-party delivery services are subject to their own terms. We're not responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by external factors.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
