How to connect WhatsApp Business API to SirioFresh

Prepare Your WhatsApp Business Number
You need a phone number that is not currently registered on WhatsApp Personal or another Business API. If your number is on WhatsApp, you will need to delete the account from the app first. Tip: Use a dedicated business SIM for the best experience.
Navigate to WhatsApp Settings
In your SirioFresh dashboard, go to Settings > WhatsApp. Click "Connect WhatsApp Number".
Enter Your Business Number
Enter your WhatsApp Business number in international format (e.g., +919876543210). Choose whether you want OTP via SMS or voice call.
Verify with OTP
SirioFresh will send a 6-digit OTP to your number. Enter it in the dashboard. This confirms you own the number and registers it under SirioFresh's Meta WABA.
Your Number is Live
Within seconds, your number is active on the WhatsApp Business API. Customers can now message you and receive automated ordering responses, catalog browsing, and payment links — all via official WhatsApp.

No. SirioFresh operates as a Meta WABA (WhatsApp Business Account) provider. Your number is registered under SirioFresh's Meta API infrastructure. You do not need to set up Twilio, 360dialog, or any other BSP separately.
If your number is currently on WhatsApp Personal or WhatsApp Business app, you will need to delete the existing account from that app before registering with SirioFresh. The number itself can be reused — only the app registration needs to be cleared.
SirioFresh uses Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API — the same infrastructure used by enterprise businesses. This means your messaging is compliant with Meta's policies, your number is not at risk of being banned, and you get access to official WhatsApp features like catalogs and message templates.
